We do not charge any more than it costs us to ship to our customers.
Shipping costs a percentage of listed price.
Minimum shipping charge for orders under $75 is $10.75. (22.50 for Express Shipping.)
Orders over $500 are charged a lower percentage.
After placing an item in your shopping cart, a shipping cost window will appear under your cart on the right.
These are the exact shipping charges that will appear during checkout.
Your order will not ship
if the billing address does not exactly
match the address on your credit card.
Be sure to check your billing address to be certain it is exactly as it appears on your card statement.
Otherwise, your order will not ship.
Shortages
Inspect all materials in terms of quantity and packing discrepancies.
Discrepancies must be reported via email to customerservice@nmoutlet.com
within 48 hrs of delivery.
Return Policy - We must be notified within 7 day of delivery.
Return Policy for Non-Defective Items.
Returns for non-defective items must be made within 7 days.
There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective returned items.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Return Policy for Defective Items.
If an item reaches you in less than satisfactory condition,

immediately and we will determine whether a replacement is in order.
We will provide you instructions on returning and/or receiving a replacement item.
You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
Return Policy for Damaged Merchandise.
Inspect box for signs of damage such as crushed, torn, tape (broken seal), etc. If you find outward damage please contact us at
